Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
By using VibeNow — the website or the app — you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
Who can use VibeNow
You must be at least 13 years old. If you create an account, keep your email address current and don't share your sign-in codes.
Zero tolerance for abuse
VibeNow has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, send or share anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages violence, self-harm or crime;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or targets a person or group, or is hateful or discriminatory;
- is sexually explicit, or involves minors in any sexual or harmful way;
- shares someone's private information, or photos of people without their consent;
- is spam, a scam, misleading or impersonates someone — including emergency services or VibeNow;
- deliberately puts false alerts on the map or games likes, reports or points.
Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account responsible is suspended or deleted. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Reporting and blocking
- Report a vibe with the flag button on it, and a person with Report on their profile.
- Block someone on their profile: you no longer see their vibes, comments or messages, and neither of you can message, call or follow the other.
- Anything else, or an urgent case: use the contact form. In an emergency, call 112.
Your content
You own what you post. You give VibeNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, show and share it inside VibeNow (for example on the map, in feeds and in link previews) for as long as it is on the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. Vibes are public and short-lived; direct messages are visible only to you and the recipient.
Map information
Vibes come from people and automatic sources (traffic, weather, events). They can be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on VibeNow for safety-critical decisions — follow official sources and emergency services.
The service
VibeNow is free. We may change, pause or end features, and we may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can stop using VibeNow and delete your account at any time in Settings.
VibeNow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by others. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
App stores
If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and VibeNow, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. The same applies to Google for the Android app.
Law and changes
Swedish law applies. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we tell you in the app about important changes. Questions: contact us.
