VibeNow is a real-time local map that lets people share what is happening around them right now — crowds, events, incidents, free stuff, music, anything worth knowing. No accounts, no filters, just raw live signal from people nearby.
You arrive somewhere new and have no idea what is going on around you. Is the park empty? Is there a concert two blocks away? Did something just happen on that street? VibeNow answers that in seconds — because people nearby are already reporting it live.
Each pin is a short-lived report from someone nearby. Pins are color-coded by type and expire automatically after 6 hours so the map always reflects what is happening right now, not yesterday. You also see System signals — live traffic and event data from external sources, styled separately so you can tell them apart.
Add #hashtags to any vibe or community message. Tags are clickable — tapping one opens a discovery page with all vibes and messages using that tag. Trending hashtags appear on the search page. Autocomplete suggestions appear as you type # in the composer.
Enable push notifications from the map settings to get real-time alerts. You choose exactly what triggers a notification: new direct messages, community messages, likes on your vibes, or activity in areas you follow. Each toggle can be turned on or off independently from the settings page.
VibeNow works as a PWA — you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access and a full-screen experience without the browser UI. Open the menu and tap Install app for step-by-step instructions for your device.
No account needed to browse or post. Create a free account to unlock a personal profile, follow other users, send direct messages, join communities, and earn points and badges for your activity on the map. Your profile shows your 🔥 daily streak, saved bookmarks, a pinned vibe of your choice, and a media gallery of everything you've shared.
Opening a vibe with a YouTube link plays the video inside the pin sheet. Tap − to minimize it into a slim bar at the bottom of the screen — music keeps playing while you browse the map. Tap the bar to expand back to full view, or ✕ to stop. You can have up to two vibes minimized at once.
Play mini-games inside DM conversations and community group chats. In DMs, tap 🎮 to pick Tic-tac-toe (three modes), Bulls & Cows, or Battleship — all synced in real time. In community chats, admins and mods can start a Hangman round: enter a secret word, then members guess letters on an on-screen keyboard that supports English, Russian, Swedish, and German layouts. Tap ? during any active game to read the rules.
Tic-tac-toe comes in three variants: Classic (standard rules), Vanishing (max 3 pieces per player — your oldest piece disappears when you place a 4th), and Three Men's Morris (place your 3 pieces then slide them to adjacent cells each turn).
No account required to browse or post. If you sign up, only your email is stored — your location is never saved. Anti-spam controls run on anonymous device identifiers. Profiles can be set to private at any time from settings.
VibeNow is live and actively used. We are focused on signal quality, moderation, and making the experience as fast and frictionless as possible. Features and limits may be adjusted as we scale.
